Sr Product Designer

Collaborated in an agile environment with Interaction Designers, Visual Designers, Content Designers, Project Managers, to design mood boards, UI boards, UI components, and mobile screens.

Led visual design consistency from brand perspective with a team of 3 designers.

Managed check-ins with San Francisco and Tokyo design teams including keeping visual design consistency with Messages and Communities apps.

Consulted with researchers and directed production of prototypes for usability testing.

Lead Product Designer

The visual design reflects the Samsung Milk Music application with over 18 million downloads. Milk Music was so successful for Samsung, I was tasked with using the same UI principles and to Milkify the chef application in order to establish a unified branding proposition.

Collaborated with the marketing creative director based out of Seattle, Washington. My objective was to redesign the existing mock-ups and streamline the user experience in order to reflect the methodologies and visual design based on the UX research team. 

Sr Product Designer

Established personas and design principles along with UX researchers for Samsung's visionary Smart Home project.

In this role, I used my product management skills and design experience to the team strategize how billions of users will interact with the Samsung smart home in the next five years. 

I worked cross-functionally
and collaborated with managers, designers, and engineering teams
to plan projects, define milestones and meet deadlines. As a lead designer, I helped facilitate all project-related communications to team members, creative leads, and other stakeholders.

Lead Visual Designer

Conceptualized, designed, and developed a comprehensive set of UI mockups for an entire enterprise-class application as well as core components found in the portal suite.

Increased the number of successful A/B experiments by 75% within the first three months by collaborating with UX researchers in order to launch hypothesis-driven designs.

Successfully redesigned iOS, Android, and web app.

Introducing a strategic design process and user research I helped increase sales for home monitoring systems by 25% and 40% conversion lift on their iOS client.

Art Director

As the Art Director with Kenneth Cole, I designed the digital web presence for Awareness. The mission for this pioneering brand was to support, encourage and empower acts of service through volunteer work.

Worked with our Creative Director and Kenneth Cole to form new digital and global social strategies.

Oversaw rollout of new Kenneth Cole Awareness brand ID system across all marketing touch points, domestically and internationally.

Develop and manage online strategies and tactics across all interactive channels including social, email, search and mobile

Lead Visual Designer

Collaborated with product and engineering teams to craft high-quality user experiences via Unpakt's web application and mobile applications.

Developed prototypes, work flows, wireframes, storyboards, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction design patterns to the engineering team and stake holders.

Planning: I spent a lot of time managing product and team intricacies. I helped manage the design team’s workflow and timelines, and assisted with planning small and large product improvements and releases. 

UX Design: As a UX specialist, I partnered with various designers to work through the early stages of a design or product working from strategy and feature definition into information architecture, sketching and prototyping, copywriting, testing and iterating.
